1. Feeding

2. Mixing flour
The salt water (alkaline water) and flour are mixed thoroughly in the dough mixer.
3. Aging
Let the flour remain static in the aging machine and mature naturally.
4. Pressing dough sheet
The dough is fed into the press machine and pressed into a dough sheet, and then rolled by the subsequent pressing rollers, and the dough sheet is pressed into a suitable thickness.
5. Cutting
After the dough sheet has passed the last set of pressure rollers, there is a set of cutter device and forming device, at this time the dough sheet is cut into noodles by the cutter. Then pass the forming device to make the noodles wavy.
6. Steaming
The noodles are fed into the noodle steaming machine. The noodle steamer adopts a sealed structure with high internal temperature to ensure the gelatinization effect of the noodles.
7. Cut off the sorting
Using different machines, the shape of the noodles after being cut can be adjusted: round or square.
8. Frying machine
Frying machine are also key equipment for instant noodle production. Our machine adopts the principle of oil-water mixing, which can filter the oily residue generated during the frying process and maintain the taste of instant noodles.
9. Cooling
Since the fried noodles have a high temperature, if they are directly packaged, they will easily regain moisture in the package. Therefore, it is necessary to cool the noodles to room temperature before sending them to the packaging process.
10. Packaging
The noodle making process has been completed before this, and then the material can be put into the bag for packaging.
Non-fried Type
The production steps of the non-fried type and the fried type are basically the same, but here, the eighth step of frying will become drying.
