1. Clean the machine and put in flour and water before using. Do not add too much to avoid damaging the machine, if the flour is too much, it needs to be stirred twice or more. After the flour and water are added, close the damper and turn on the electricity.
2. When kneading the dough, stir in both directions to make the dough more even.
3. If the stirring is uneven or the dirt is dropped, the power must be shut off before adjusting or removing the dough by hand.
4. When the machine is finished, turn off the power and remove the dough. Clean up after each using.
