Working principle:
The batter machine pumps the pre-mixed batter to the egg roll wrapper, where it spreads the batter through the mold onto the rotating turntable. As the turntable rotates, the dough is baked and then scraped off the turntable and onto the conveyor belt.
 
The turntable will be automatically oiled before the batter is applied. When the prepared egg roll wrapper is conveyed on the conveyor belt, the photoelectric sensor device will send the position signal of the egg roll wrapper to the stuffing filling machine to ensure that the filling is accurately positioned and filled in the filling machine.
 
The stuffing is automatically portioned and filled by a vacuum filling machine. Since the filling positions are separate, each egg roll wrapper position is filled through a dispenser. The filling machine is operated from a central control panel.
 
After the filling is filled into the wrapper, it continues to be conveyed to the rolling system. First, the front of the egg roll wrapper will be folded first, followed by the two sides. The final wrapper is folded into the final egg roll through an adjustable rolling system.
