This customer ordered our automatic noodle making machine a month ago, because we have stock, so we arranged the delivery immediately. Regarding the operation method of the machine, because the machine is fully automatic, the operation method is very simple. Only mixing flour and water, pour the flour into hopper, open the machine switch, collecting finished noodles.
 
However, in order to make the machine work efficiently for a long time, it is necessary to pay attention to daily maintenance.
〇 It is forbidden to operate without oil in the reducer. There are no foreign objects between the rolls, and there are any foreign objects in the operating range that hinder the work.
〇 The residual flour should be cleaned up in time after each use. Do not use sharp tools to clean the rolls and noodle cutters.
〇 After each use, each fueling point needs to be lubricated once. Select gear oil or No. 20 mechanical oil. The grease in the bearing is replaced once a year.
〇 If the machine is not used for a long time, apply an appropriate amount of cooking oil to the surface of the roll and noodle cutter to prevent rust.
〇 The cutter is a precision part. It should be cleaned after each work to prevent the residual mildew and mildew from affecting hygiene; prevent alkali, salt and other corrosive substances from falling into the machine. If it has fallen, clean it in time.
