But for home making, buy a machine is unwise, so you need to make by manual, following is some steps of how to make chow fun noodles at home.
1. Put the rice flour, salt and water into a mixing bowl. Mix all the ingredients together and dissolve them. Add 1 teaspoon of oil, then pour the mixture through a strainer into another bowl and let stand for 30 minutes.
2. Add water to a larger pot to make sure your pan floats. You may need to add more water throughout the cooking process.
3. Brush the bottom of the pan with oil. Place the pan over the boiling water. Add 1/4 cup of rice milk to the pan.
4. Cover and cook at high heat for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, remove the lid and remove the pan. Using a rubber spatula, slowly remove the chow fun noodles from the edges. Place on a cutting board and cut into appropriate widths.
5. Add oil, beef and other seasonings to the wok, pour the chow fun noodles into it, stir fry, and serve it in a few minutes. (Accessories can be selected according to their actual needs)
