How to Use Spring Roll Machine?

Many customers order spring roll machines from our company, but after receiving the machine, you must first figure out how to use spring roll machine.
Installation steps:
1. First, place the equipment on the level ground smoothly, and make fine adjustments through the anchor bolts to keep the upper platform of the equipment level.
2. Install the hopper of the filling machine on the filling machine by quick connection. Place the stirring claws in the hopper of the filling machine, install the speed regulating motor on the hopper of the filling machine through bolts, and then connect the stirring claws to the shaft head of the speed regulating motor.
3. Install the dispenser hopper on the dispenser by quick connection
4. Install the power box on the other side of the operating surface, and the door opens outward. Connect cables and control wires to each device through metal hoses.
5. Install the control box on the side of the operation surface and open the door outwards. Connect the control wires and air lines to each device through metal hard pipes.
Operation steps:
Step 1: First enter the automatic interface, press the ready button to enter the ready state, the ready indicator light is on, and now you can select manual mode or automatic mode through the manual automatic selection switch.
Step 2: When selecting the manual mode, you can enter the manual interface to perform manual operations on each device.
Step 3: After selecting the automatic mode, press the green start button of the control cabinet, the machine enters the automatic start(Before the automatic start, enter the parameter setting interface to set the parameters), run according to the process: runner running at low speed→after finishing→start heating→after reaching the set temperature→The runner starts at high speed/feeding batter pump/returning batter pump/stuffing filling/drip filling→After the high-speed operation of the runner is completed→The mold enters the runner→Turn on conveyor 1, 2/fan→After the mold is entered→mold motor start, started the processing of spring rolls. Press the red pause button of the control cabinet to enter the pause mode and the machine stops running. If you need to continue, press the green start button of the control cabinet to continue automatic operation.
Step 4: Press the touch screen automatic interface stop button to enter stop mode. Stop mode can only be operated after the production line has started processing. Follow the process to run: stop heating→Turn off the feeding batter pump/mold motor→After the feeding batter pump is shut down→Turn off the return batter pump→After the pump shuts down→Roller running at low speed/conveyor motor→The set time expires after the low speed of the wheel stop mode is completed→runner stops
