This Indonesia customer already have factory for prawn crackers, but now they use manual. They want to change the current production method and use machines instead of manual to increase production.
 
This Indonesia customer wanted to produce semi-circular shrimp chips, and in order to reflect the uniqueness of the product, they also added fish powder to the material. And want to increase the output to 7ton per day. We transferred the customer's request to the engineer, and they will re-form a plan according to the customer's request and choose the most suitable for the customer.
 

Machine features:
1. The production line mainly uses starch as the main raw material to produce shrimp chips of various shapes using a unique extrusion molding process.
2. Double spiral feeding, uniform feeding and wide feeding range.
3. The machine has reasonable design, high degree of automation, and simple control of extrusion parameters.
4. Protein-rich plant raw materials are extruded and puffed at high temperature for a short time, the protein is completely denatured, and the tissue structure becomes porous, which is conducive to contact with human digestive enzymes, thereby improving the protein utilization rate and digestibility.
