Injera making machine working process:
1. Stir wheat, water and other raw materials into batter with a mixer.
2. The batter flows from the nozzle to the baking tray.
3. Automatic baking mature.
4. The mature injera is separated from the baking tray.
5. Cut to a custom size (if you want to produce a round injera, there is no this step)
6. Cooled by a cooling fan.
7. Stacking and grouping to required quantity automatically.

Automatic injera making machine advantage:
1.The thickness of injera can be 0.3-2.0 mm, depending on the formula ratio and the customer's needs.
2. Injera is generally circular in shape, but it can also be produced in square and other shapes according to customer requirements.
3. The output of injera machine is from 800 to 28000 pcs/h, and the specific output is related to the customer's size requirement for the finished product.
4. The heating method can be electric heating or gas heating.

There are five models for the whole series of automatic injera machine (if the standard model can not meet your needs, we can customize according to your requirement), each model produces a different size, shape, thickness injera, so the price is also different. However, the working principle and functions of each model are the same. If you want to produce spring roll sheet, samosa pastry sheets and other small thickness products, there are 5 models to choose. If you want to produce thicker products such as injera, there are 3 models to choose.
