Noodle Machine Troubleshooting

The automatic noodle machine is a very common noodle processing tool now, but in the process of using, we often encounter a variety of problems, Below we list some methods of noodle machine troubleshooting.
 
1. Dough sheet does not connect properly
Due to improper adjustment of the roll gap, cracking may occur. For example, the last roller gap is small and the next roller gap is big. In this case, the dough sheet will break, adjust the roller gap, reduce the gap between the roller, and keep the gap between the two sets consistent.
 
2. Uneven thickness on both sides of the sheet
This phenomenon is caused by the inconsistency in the gap between the two ends of the roller. Therefore, it is sufficient to adjust the gap between the two ends of the roller.
 
3. Dough sheet and noodles are corrugated
Since the angle between the roller and the cutter is too large or the cutter is not installed in the correct direction, adjust it according to the correct installation method.
 


4. The dough sheet is stuck on the roller
Because the water in the dough is too large or the scraper bolt is loose.
 
5. Noodle break
Because the flour contains impurities or uneven flour mixing.
