1. Stainless Steel Dough Mixer
All the parts in contact with food are made of stainless steel which is endurable in use and in conformity with national food hygiene standard. Its purpose is to mix water and flour into a flocculation.
2. Conveyor
It's designed to whisk the flour evenly into the curing machine
3. Curing Machine
The process is designed to make the noodles more elastic, taste better and not easy to break.
4. Noodle Making Machine with 9 Rollers
This noodle making machine is fully automatic, and we also have 6, 7, 8 rollers noodle machine, can also custom according to customers’ requirement. And the noodle making machine is made of stainless steel, with high work efficiency, stable and long service life.
5. Noodle cutting machine
The machine is used to cut the noodles into finished products of the same length to facilitate later packaging.
6. Noodle dryer machine
Hot air circulation drying oven adopts low noise, high temperature resistant axial fan and automatic temperature control system. The whole circulatory system is completely closed. The thermal efficiency of drying oven is increased from 3% ~ 7% of the traditional oven to 35-45% at present, and the thermal efficiency is up to 50%. Can dry the noodles in a short time.
7. Noodle packing machine
This packing machine can wrap the packing film of the noodles, prevent the noodles from getting damp and mildew.
