Automatic Spring Roll Rolling Machine

The production process is as follows:
Send the pre-mixed batter to the spring roll wrapper machine, and apply the batter to the baking wheel through the mold. During the rotation of the baking wheel, the wrapper is mature, and then separated from the baking wheel and falls onto the conveyor belt.
 
When the mature spring roll wrapper is transferred on the conveyor belt, the photoelectric sensor will send the position signal of the wrapper to the filling machine to ensure that the filling is accurately positioned and filled on the spring roll wrapper.
 
The filling is automatically filled in portions by the filling machine. Since the filling positions are separated, each spring roll wrapper position is filled by the dispenser.
 


After the stuffing is filled, it continues to be transported to the folding system. First, the front wrapper of the spring roll wrapper is folded first, followed by partial folding on both sides, and finally the wrapper is folded into an ultimate spring roll through an adjustable roll system. The spring roll rolling machine has large output, high efficiency, and beautiful spring rolls, which are very popular among customers.
 
Since the output of the rolling machine is relatively large, it is more suitable for factory use. If your output is small, you can try to complete it manually.
