1. Turn on the power and test run
After cleaning, you can turn on the machine by turning on the power. Check whether the connected power supply is consistent with the rated voltage of the machine. After confirming the consistency, the power supply can be turned on. After starting, check whether the machine has leakage phenomenon and judge whether the steering is correct according to the direction of rotation of the forming mold, and the outward rotation is correct. After the machine runs normally, idle for 3 to 5 minutes. During the operation, pull the clutch handle and the adjustment handle according to the indicated direction to check whether there is any abnormality. After the idler runs normally, start using it again.

① Test stuffing: Use the machine to test the stuffing before test the dough, put the stuffing in the stuffing bucket, and turn the handle to adjust the stuffing amount to the desired position. Turn on the machine and observe whether the stuffing is even and stable, and whether there is intermittent phenomenon. After the stuffing is normal, the machine will be turned to the stop position after the machine runs for 1 to 2 minutes.
② Test dough: First, adjust the feeding dough nut to push the dough auger to an appropriate position, make the well mix dough into a dough shaft or dough sheet, put it into the dough bucket, and squeeze the tube from inside to outside after turning on the machine. The dough amount is achieved by adjusting the nut on the machine. Turning the nut to the right increases the dough amount, and turning the nut to the left decreases the dough amount. The thickness of the dough tube is generally controlled at about 1.0mm, and the thickness of the dough tube is adjusted by adjusting the nut.
③ Produce: Move the clutch handle for stuffing to the open position, and adjust the handle to make the stuffing amount appropriate, and the empanada can be produced continuously after starting.
