The vermicelli production process consists of 5 different steps, including:

Vermicelli production process is very simple. Mix wheat flour and other flour with 25%-30% water in the mixer for about half an hour, and the dough is prepared. Then put the dough into the vermicelli extruder. The fullly automatic vermicelli making machine uses the extrusion principle to turn the dough into vermicelli. The diameter can be changed and adjusted according to the required dimensions. Then, put the vermicelli in the dryer to dry. Then the vermicelli is dried at a temperature of 55-65 ℃ for 1.5 to 2 hours. Finally, packing the vermicelli in an attractive plastic bag.
 
If your raw material is rice, then you do not need to mix and stir this process, you only need to soak rice, and then put the rice into the fully autoamtic vermicelli making machine hopper, the machine can produce vermicelli automatically.
