Chin chin is a very popular snacks in Nigeria, according to the requirements of our customers, we have developed a complete set of chin chin production equipment, formed a complete chin chin production line, and solved a series of problems from flour mixing to packaging for our customers.
The chin chin production line is composed of dough mixing machine, dough pressing machine, chin chin cutting machine, frying machine and packaging machine.
O Dough mixing machine: the machine is used for mixing flour and water into dough. Through continuous pushing and pulling, the flour can be fully hydrated to form a dough with elastic and smooth surface.
O Dough pressing machine: the machine is used for pressing dough into dough sheet with fixed thickness, and the thickness can be adjustable according to customers’ demand.
O Chin chin cutting machine: The machine imitates the principle of hand cutting, but the finished product is smoother than the hand-made one, the thickness is even, the dough will not stand on the cutting knife, and there will be no debris. It can produce rectangle, square, diamond, crescent and so on by changing the cutter.
O Frying machine: for chin chin frying, you can choose gas heating or electric heating. The machine is equipped with a stirring paddle, which can effectively prevent the adhesion of chin chin. Automatic temperature control device, oil temperature between normal temperature and 250 degrees.
O Packing machine: The machine is highly automatic and can automatically complete bag making, filling, sealing and output. We can customize the bag former according to the requirements of customers, which is suitable for different materials of packaging film.
