Cheung Fun Production Process:
Soak rice → Washing rice twice → Water and rice separation → Grinding → Rice milk storage → Pumping slurry → Steaming → Cooling → Cutting → Collecting
1. Rice purchased in the market is soaked and washed with a shooting rice washer, discharge washing water, after washing the rice, pour into the water rice separation drum, after drain, start grinding.
2. After grinding, the rice pulp is pumped into the hopper of the cheung fun steamer machine through the rice pulp storage tank, the rice milk is then evenly delivered to the cloth belt by the rolling pulp system and entered into the steam box.
3. After steaming, the cheung fun is cooled by cooling belt.
4. Cut off the cheung fun by cutting knife and collect it automatically.
