Cellophane Noodle Machine Working Principle:
Mix the starch and water in proportion and feed them into the feeding hopper of the machine, pushing through the spiral propulsion device, the noodles leak from the leakage plate. Use water vapor principle, the double-layer water tank is heated by the water supply, and the inner tube of the glass noodle machine is cooked to make the cellophane noodles mature during the spiral propulsion process. The use of the unique double helix is more conducive to the maturation of the noodles. The noodles are cooked by boiling water at 100 degrees during the forming process, without destroying the molecular structure of the cellophane noodles and reducing the waste of raw materials.
